Temecula Creek Village is a mixed use, pedestrian friendly project including residential, office, and retail uses. The project's focal point is the village center that incorporates office over retail. The center has a main street character with outdoor plazas, fountains, and seating areas.
The two and three story residential apartments each have one to three bedrooms and range in size from 800 SF to 1,500 SF. There are two apartment villages, each with their own clubhouse facilities and 200 units.
