Project One Las Vegas is a 900-unit condominium development located on Las Vegas Boulevard, south of the Las Vegas Strip. The five 20-story towers are sited to maximize views of the Las Vegas skyline and create large open space recreation areas. Each building has been designed to wrap over the attached parking garage, allowing direct access from the parking to the lower floors of the building. The top floors of each attached garage have been partially landscaped to mitigate the views of garages from the units.
