This project includes a new 24,000 SF, 600-seat sanctuary and school for an established and growing church. The addition to the existing church organizes all functions around an interior street, while presenting a new image to the public. The design challenge was to create a new image for an older, existing church. The facade facing the street is smooth, clean, and simple, yet provides a sense of sophistication on the street. The arrival court is glass with a low-scale, sloped roof to reduce the scale of the streetscape.
