Conceived as the "Beverly Hills of Japan", One Hundred Hills is a luxury-planned community located in the suburbs of Tokyo. Featuring western community characteristics, the project contains a gated vehicular entry, specially landscaped open areas, private curvilinear streets and a "cluster court" design concept for its small neighborhoods. Each of the eleven floor plans has a distinctive architectural style that incorporates large rooms, dramatic volumes and generous windows. The homes' concrete post and beam structural system design meets unique local earthquake standards.
