RNM Design created the Master Plan for CostaBaja resort, located north of La Paz on the Sea of Cortez in Mexico. RNM also designed the site plan and architecture for the casitas and condominiums in the resort's VistaMar area. The VistaMar plan includes 83 condominiums in two six-story buildings, along with 36 two-story casitas in nine buildings. These residences are complemented by a spa, an infinity pool, lush gardens shaded by palapas and wooden trellises, and pedestrian paths leading throughout the resort. VistaMar will also be served by a private Beach Club and Fitness Center.

The casitas range in size from 2,282 to 3,164 square feet and contain either 2 bedrooms and 2.5 baths or 3 bedrooms and 3.5 baths. The condominium units range in size from 2,637 to 4,758 square feet and feature 2 bedroom units with 2.5 baths, 3 bedroom units with 3.5 baths, and 3 bedroom penthouse units with a loft, 3.5 baths, and a private plunge pool. The units are carefully set into the site so that most units offer spectacular ocean views.
