The "jewel" of the Pelican Hill Estates, this 30,000 SF recreation center will be the social hub of this new master planned community south of Istanbul. The project includes restaurants, indoor pools, exercise areas, squash courts and the exterior amenities of tennis courts and swimming pools. The architecture captures the residential forms and masses on Pelican Hill, combined with a series of glass "crystals" to form geometric icons as seen from a distance. The building's curved form reflects the natural topography which reinforces the context of the the local environment.
