Alkent Istanbul 2000 is a private gated community located on a sloping site overlooking Lake Buyuk Cekmece in Istanbul, Turkey. The master planned community of over 2,500 villas offers six distinctive 2- and 3-story floor plans ranging in size from 205 s.m. to 362 s.m. The villas have been designed by RNM to respect cultural influences of the region while incorporating the contemporary construction techniques of Turkey and the stylized residential design themes popularized in the United States.
