This mixed-use project is located near the central business district of Tucson and the University of Arizona. It includes housing, retail, and below grade structured parking. The design uses contemporary forms that are infused with desert colors reflecting the area. In order to break down the scale of the project to the street, individual tower forms and vertical elements are used in the facade. The retail space of the project is located on the street level, adjacent to a large pedestrian plaza.
