DC Ranch is a master planned community of approximately 8,388 acres featuring a balanced mix of land uses with several recreation-oriented residential villages, two golf courses and a clubhouse as well as a full scale resort site. The residential villages are complemented by a 47 acre town center along with neighborhood centers which provide for the shopping needs of residents, and a business/industrial park which provides an employment base for the community.
