This project is most unusual in the long series of NAHB display homes. Rather than the usual one home unit, the 2003 home consists of three distinctive homes and represents one half of a six-unit townhouse complex. The six-unit building fits compatibly into a large existing hillside townhouse development overlooking Lake Las Vegas. The architectural character and color palette reflects contemporary desert architecture, creating a new and innovative image.
