Developed by London based Wiltshier Corporation, this office/research park of 150,000SF is located in a rural setting near Princeton University. The project is intended to meet the needs of European research and development firms located in the northeast business corridor of the US. Each suite includes front office areas with research high bay spaces and laboratory uses located at the rear. The design reflects a blend of high tech materials with rural "agrarian" forms to fit with the site context.
