A 30,000 SF developer/speculative office building located on a wooded site north of Princeton, New Jersey. This building was split into two narrow office blocks connected by an atrium. The narrow blocks enhanced daylight to all interior spaces, while creating floor plates that were intended for small tenants. Building cost was $1.5 million.
