This project includes a master plan of six individual buildings located in Chino, CA. This project contained buildings in size from 12,000 to 50,000 SF, and totallying 150,000 SF. All of the structures were designed as 24-foot clear, high bay spaces for maximum warehousing potential. Each building was provided with an internal 40-foot dock space and an exterior secure service yard. Construction was completed in 2001 for phase one and 2003 for phase two.
