Vine Street Office is a 3-story, 60,000 SF Class A office building located between Vine Street and the Union Pacific railroad tracks in the Marketplace neighborhood in Downtown Riverside. The shape and materials of the office serve as a bridge between the historic Ironworks brick building to the North and the recently-built Maric College to the South.
