The project consists of nine townhomes of 2,300 SF each over a concrete podium that includes direct access garages for each residence. The interior planning of the units is highlighted by a 3 story internal atrium with light from roof-top clerestories. The street elevation has a series of "detached" porch structures that provide snow protection and sun shading. The project blends with the local context of the Village Center through the use of color and materials. The single pitch roof form creates a lower scale massing which reduces the street impact.
