Approximately two and a half hours east of Seattle lies Bear Mountain Ranch at Lake Chelan. The Bear Mountain Ranch Master Plan includes a 1,400 acre portion of the 6,000 acre total ownership which is surrounded by National Forest and Recreation land. The plan includes an 18 hole golf course, approximately 600 units of various types of residential, a village center, an equine center, apple and cherry orchards and vineyards. The masterplan clusters developed areas and affords vast wildlife corridors throughout the site and weaves development into the existing landscape, minimizing the disturbance of the natural systems.
