Joshua Tree Villas is an approximately 640 acre Master Planned Community. The design emphasizes sustainability through a variety of techniques including Low Impact Development techniques for storm water management. It also includes a high priority on walkability in the project area, meandering trails adjacent to natural wash preserves that connect throughout the villages and to the town center. Promoting a unique sense of place within the context of a desert climate, this project encourages the use of native drought tolerant plants for landscaping and parks.
