CostaBaja Resort and Marina is a 500-acre master planned resort community north of La Paz, Mexico. RNM DESIGN prepared an overall master plan for the area surrounding the recently opened Costabaja marina and its associated hotel, retail, restaurant and condominiums area. The master plan includes a proposed golf course with nearby detached and attached residential units, all with associated recreation areas and amenities. Another hotel is planned for the southern coastal area of the master plan.
