This master planned resort of approximately 500 acres is located 60 minutes and 70 miles south of the US/Mexican border sitting majestically over the Pacific Ocean. The upper plateau of the property is proposed as a separate village in the resort with a combined equestrian and vineyard theme. This area will include a variety of resort residences ranging from condos to large 5 acre custom lots with estate Hacienda homes. Using a cluster design approach to create a higher density in a smaller footprint, as well as using indigenous plants and drought tolerant landscaping throughout are a few of the sustainable aspects of the project. The first phase is located along the coast and includes a hotel, condos and single family dwelling units. A “malecon” or boardwalk and pier provide access and visibility along the ocean.
