This 60-acre mixed-use project is planned for the Northwest shore of Lake Las Vegas. The proposed Master Plan concept includes a vital urban design with grand, tree-lined entrance streets, richly designed bridges at the entryways, carefully placed plazas and courtyards, an interior canal that becomes an open space amenity, and pedestrian promenades terminating at dramatic focal points and public spaces. Gondolas and water taxis provide access through the canals as well as to and from other parts of the lake resort.
