This is the first phase of a Town Center for a 5,750 acre new town outside of Kingman, AZ. The center includes a vacation ownership component, a golf clubhouse, an active adult social club, and a recreation center and restaurants. Future phases will include retail, large commercial/office sites and greenbelts. The plan is organized as a grid system of streets with a central linear green as the focal point of the town.
