Terra Bella is patterned after the plan for an Italian village with a tree-lined boulevard terminating in a piazza at each end. These piazzas serve as the main project entry and the entry to the project recreation area; they provide both a physical and visual interest for the project. The unique quality of this high-density (20-du/acre) project is that no garage doors are seen from the tree- lined entry boulevard. Additionally, two recreation areas are provided, and every unit has a usable outdoor deck as well as direct-access from a two-car garage.
