This mixed-use redevelopment plan includes residential, office, and retail uses. The concept creates a high- density residential node around a central park on one end and an office, entertainment, and retail node that adjoins an existing major arterial at the other end. Residential products include single-family detached, row house townhomes, and higher density condos up to 50 du/ac. The two nodes connect via a greenway/ street that provides a pedestrian-friendly, multi-use corridor with links to the historic Old Town area of the city.
