This large, infill master plan is a redevelopment of the “Riverside Plaza” Shopping Center originally built in the 60’s. The plan's intent is to recreate the urban grid and promote connectivity. Proposed uses included civic, office, retail, and residential, as well as encouraging transit through a link to the Amtrak/Metro line.
