This is a mixed use development centered around a transit station located next to the famed Euclid Avenue in Upland, California. RNM Design prepared an overall mixed use Transit Oriented Development concept plan to assist the city in creating a vision for the area. The plan incorporated historical buildings, retail, office, residential, and park uses. Vehicular and pedestrian routes and parking areas was an important element to the plan. Parking structures throughout the area were identified as joint venture opportunities between developers and the city to provide additional parking to allow for the intensification of the downtown district.
