This 8,000 SF plus home was designed to maximize the usable area and respect the existing hillside topography of the community. The exterior character reflects the clients interest in early California architecture and was designed to reflect the character on all sides of the home. The exterior design and massing were important factors in the projects ability to receive design approval on the first submittal to the Design Review Board.
