DC Ranch is a master planned community of approximately 8,388 acres north of Scottsdale, Arizona.

The project features a balanced mix of land uses with several recreation-oriented residential villages, two golf courses and a clubhouse, as well as a full-scale resort site. The residential villages are complemented by a 47 acre town center along with neighborhood centers which provide for the shopping needs of residents. A business/industrial park provides an employment base for the community. Large scale commercial areas are also located off the primary arterial.
